This group project focused on building detailed personas to enhance Sig's Lagoon's marketing strategy. We conducted research and interviews to understand our diverse customer base, creating personas that reflected their preferences and behaviors. To achieve this, we embarked on a multifaceted approach that involved extensive research and insightful interviews with existing and potential customers. Through these interactions, we gathered a wealth of data and anecdotes, which we meticulously analyzed to distill key insights into our target audience. Moreover, the personas served as a compass guiding our strategic decisions across all facets of the business, from product selection to promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

With a clear understanding of our customer's needs and desires, we were able to curate a shopping experience that fostered deeper connections and lasting loyalty. These personas provided valuable insights into our customers' buying habits, interests, and lifestyles, allowing us to tailor our marketing efforts accordingly. By aligning our strategies with their needs, we fostered stronger connections and loyalty, ultimately boosting Sig's Lagoon's competitiveness and customer relationships.
